Kamika Ekadashi

Kamika Ekadashi falls on the eleventh day of the dark fortnight of Shravana and is among the most sacred Ekadashi observances of the year. The Puranas teach that fasting on Kamika Ekadashi and worshipping Lord Vishnu with Tulsi leaves bestows immense merit — equivalent to bathing in all sacred rivers and performing great sacrifices. It is particularly significant during the holy month of Shravan, amplifying the spiritual power of the fast.

This date is noted on our temple calendar as an observance for devotees’ reference. There is no scheduled program or gathering at the temple for this occasion. Devotees are welcome to make offerings at home or during regular temple hours.
