Kumkumaarchana — Sacred Worship with Kumkum
Kumkumaarchana is a deeply devotional puja in which Goddess Shakti (the Divine Mother) is worshipped by offering kumkum (vermillion powder) with each of her 1,008 names recited. This powerful worship is considered one of the most direct ways to invoke the grace of the Divine Mother and is especially performed in preparation for Navratri. The offering of kumkum to the Goddess symbolizes the devotee’s surrender and is believed to bestow health, prosperity, protection, and the fulfillment of sincere prayers.
The specific schedule and program details for this observance are being finalized by our temple committee. Please check back soon or follow our announcements for confirmed timing and details.
All are welcome. Jai Shri!
