Join us in celebrating the varshik (annual) Ganeshotsav at the Hindu Temple Society of New Mexico.

We begin on Tuesday, August 26th at 6:30 PM with the traditional welcome (sthāpanā) of Ganesh ji. The yajamans will lead the procession for the murti’s arrival, followed by Pratiṣṭhā, ārti, and prasād.

From August 27th to September 6th, we will hold daily evening pooja from 7:15–7:50 PM, concluding with visarjan on the final day.

Modak Yagna — Sunday, August 31 at 5:45 PM

Join us at HTSNM for a special Modak Yagna in honor of Lord Ganesha. The ceremony will include homam, ārtī, and prasād, with devotees invited to offer modaks (108 recommended) as part of the puja. Sponsorship opportunities are available; please contact the coordinator to participate.
