Jyeshtha Purnima
Jyeshtha Purnima is the full moon day of the Hindu month of Jyeshtha, considered highly auspicious for prayer, charity, and ritual bathing in sacred waters. This Purnima holds special significance for devotees of Lord Vishnu and is associated with the Vat Savitri Vrat observed by married women for the long life of their husbands. Purnima days are traditionally observed with fasting, puja, and acts of generosity.
This date is noted on our temple calendar as an observance for devotees’ reference. There is no scheduled program or gathering at the temple for this occasion. Devotees are welcome to make offerings at home or during regular temple hours.
