From Tuesday, October 21st to Sunday, October 26th (7:15 PM – 8:00 PM), immerse yourself in the spiritual rhythm of Kandha Sashti Chanting and Mangala Aarti.
Kandha Sashti is a sacred six-day observance dedicated to Lord Murugan, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil. It commemorates His victory over the demon Surapadman, representing the conquest of ego, ignorance, and negativity. For devotees, this period is a time of fasting, prayer, and deep reflection—purifying the mind and strengthening faith. Celebrating Kandha Sashti reminds us that through devotion, discipline, and courage, we can overcome life’s challenges and emerge renewed in spirit and purpose.
The celebration culminates on Saturday, November 1st (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM) with the Soora Samhaaram, Abishekam, Murugan Thirukalyanam, Aarti, and Lunch—a day of divine grace and community togetherness.
