Papamochani Ekadashi is a sacred observance dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is traditionally observed through fasting, prayer, and chanting. The name “Papamochani” means “that which frees one from past sins,” and devotees follow this Ekadashi with the intention of seeking forgiveness, clarity, and spiritual renewal.

Many observe the day with upvas (fasting), Vishnu Sahasranama recitation, bhajans, and quiet reflection at the temple. The focus is on discipline, mindfulness, and devotion, creating time to step away from daily routines and strengthen one’s spiritual practice.

All devotees are welcome to observe Papamochani Ekadashi through prayer and devotion at the temple.
