Papankusha Ekadashi

Papankusha Ekadashi falls on the eleventh day of the bright fortnight of Ashwin and is considered one of the most powerful Ekadashis of the year. Papankusha means “destroyer of sins” — the scriptures teach that fasting on this day and worshipping Lord Vishnu destroys even the gravest sins and grants liberation. It is said that the merit earned by fasting on Papankusha Ekadashi equals that of performing great sacrifices and pilgrimages. This Ekadashi falls immediately after Dussehra, extending the auspicious energy of the festive season.

The specific schedule and program details for this observance are being finalized by our temple committee. Please check back soon or follow our announcements for confirmed timing and details.

All are welcome. Jai Shri!
