Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrates the divine appearance of Lord Krishna, the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who descended to restore dharma and guide humanity toward truth, devotion and righteousness. His teachings in the Bhagavad Gita remind us to fulfill our duties with faith, surrender and compassion while keeping our hearts devoted to God. By observing Janmashtami through prayer, fasting, chanting and worship, devotees seek Lord Krishna’s blessings for peace, protection, spiritual wisdom and a life filled with divine love.
