Maha Navami — The Ninth and Final Day of Navratri
Maha Navami is the ninth and concluding day of Navratri, dedicated to Goddess Siddhidatri — the bestower of all spiritual powers and perfections. It is one of the holiest days of the year, observed with elaborate puja, Havan, and the worship of the Navadurga. Maha Navami is also the day on which Goddess Durga defeated and killed the demon Mahishasura, making it a day of profound celebration of divine victory. The day is concluded with Kanya Puja and the distribution of prasadam to the community.
The specific schedule and program details for this observance are being finalized by our temple committee. Please check back soon or follow our announcements for confirmed timing and details.
All are welcome. Jai Shri!
